A-scan ultrasonography was performed in 40 healthy Samoyeds aged 2–5 years. Mydriasis and cycloplegia were induced in all dogs and 25 of the dogs were also sedated prior to the ultrasound examination. Five consecutive A-scans were taken on each eye and the intrasubject variance (measurement error) and true intersubject variance (true biological variation) were computed. The true biological variation was found to be of the same magnitude in both sedated and unsedated dogs, whereas the measurement errors were considerably larger in the group of unsedated dogs compared to the sedated ones. Magnitudes of the measurement errors for the anterior chamber depth and length of the vitreous body in the unsedated group were unacceptable. The sizes of the measurement errors in the sedated dogs were all within an acceptable range. 相似文献

细胞凋亡主要受基因的控制,现已发现许多基因对细胞凋亡均有直接或间接的调控作用。通常将这些基因分为两大类,即细胞生存基因和细胞死亡基因。一般认为与细胞生存有关的基因包括C-myc,C-abl,Ras,V-src,Bcl-2,EIB,LMW5-HL,C-kit和Bcl-x等;与细胞死亡有关的基因包含P^35,P^53,RB,DCC,WT-1,CpGv,Bcr-abl,V-erb-A,tats20,DAD1,ADO/Fas,TGF-β,TRP-2,RP-8,TRPM-2,SGP-2,TIA,Bax,ICE,C-rel,irrecrst等。本文对目前使用较多研究较深入的几种凋亡调控基因,即C-myc基因,Bcl-2基因,P^53基因,ICE基因,Fas基因及FasL和Cdc2基因的来源,作用和相互间关系的研究近况,予以综述,做一简介。 相似文献

用不同浓度的和5-氮胞苷溶液配合不同时间处理了发生的在转录水平的转基因cry1Ab沉默水稻。结果表明,5-氮胞苷处理能使8%-30%转基因水稻植株的转基因cry1Ab恢复表达活性,复活性基因表达的Cry1Ab蛋白含量可达0.147%,45mg/L5-氮胞苷处理1d可使转基因cry1Ab的复活率及Cry1Ab蛋白含量达最高。同时,5-氮胞苷处理使转基因水稻植株出现矮化,分蘖数、单株粒重下降,穗长减小及开花期延迟等发育异常现象。5-氮胞苷作为一种弱诱变剂在克服转基因沉默及创造具优良农艺性状的转基因植物中具有一定的应用价值。 相似文献

为评价草莓枯萎病菌对多菌灵的抗性风险,从山东有代表性的草莓种植区,采集、分离了4个草莓枯萎病菌菌株,分别在含多菌灵的PDA平板培养基上进行继代培养,诱导获得抗性菌株。采用菌落生长速率法测定抗性菌株ZY-D的抗性稳定性及其对其它杀菌剂的交互抗性,比较了抗性菌株ZY-D与敏感菌株ZY的生物学特性差异。结果显示:选育至45代,抗性菌株ZY-D对多菌灵的抗性达53.91倍,抗性能够在无药条件下稳定遗传,4个抗性菌株与敏感菌株ZY具有同样的致病力;抗多菌灵菌株ZY-D对甲基硫菌灵等7种药剂表现出了不同程度的交互抗性;抗性菌株ZY-D与敏感菌株ZY的适宜生长温度均为25℃,适宜pH均为9;在不同的碳、氮源条件下,ZY-D与ZY的菌落直径和产孢量存在差异。 相似文献

BACKGROUND: The present study describes the quantitative changes in herbicide use during the specific observation periods in the Wheat Self-sufficiency Project in Iran from 1994 to 2004 and the associated changes in herbicide risk, area and yield in this context. A risk index, the environmental impact quotient (EIQ), was used to estimate the environmental impacts (EIs) of herbicides applied to wheat agroecosystems. RESULTS: The results suggest that, during this period, the overall risk posed by the herbicides applied to wheat agroecosystems increased substantially, as evidenced by a 71% increase in herbicide usage (weight of pesticide applied) and a 62.2% increase in EI rating, in spite of an 8.2% decrease in overall EIQ rating and an 89.2% decrease in mean application rate. Furthermore, a 0.57% increase in the area and a 23.6% and 22.7% increase in irrigated and rainfed yields, respectively, were observed. The results also indicate that the EIQ(FUR) of two herbicides, dichlorprop-P/mecoprop-P/MCPA and difenzoquat, is much higher than that of other herbicides, and they could be qualified as high-risk herbicides. CONCLUSION: As a whole, an increase in herbicide usage (weight of pesticide applied) was an important factor on herbicide environmental impact boost. However, this increase has not led to a similar increase in wheat yield, which could be attributed in part to the negative impact of high herbicide consumption in wheat fields and subsequent threat to the long-term sustainability of these agroecosystems. 相似文献

A study was conducted to determine apparent digestibility coefficients for dry matter (ADMD), crude protein (ACPD) and gross energy (AED) of selected ingredients in diets for juvenile Penaeus setiferus . Ingredients tested were corn grain, cottonseed meal, crab meal, grain sorghum, meat and bone meal, menhaden fish meal, rice bran, rice grain, shrimp meal, soybean meal, squid liver powder, wheat flour, wheat gluten, wheat middlings and wheat shorts. ADMD coefficients of test ingredients ranged from 22% to 100% and appeared to be related to the fibre, ash and starch content of the ingredient. ACPD coefficients ranged from 58% to 100%. Plant protein supplements (soybean meal and cottonseed meal) were utilized as efficiently as, or better than, animal protein supplements (squid liver powder, menhaden fish meal, meat and bone meal, shrimp meal and crab meal). ACPD coefficients for meat and bone meal, shrimp meal and crab meal (58–59%) were significantly lower than those for menhaden fish meal (76%) and squid liver powder (82%). AED coefficients (44–100%) varied significantly among plant products of similar proximate composition. Corn grain and wheat flour were better utilized by P. setiferus than other high-starch energy supplements.
